Echoes of Change is an interactive installation combining sound, projection, and a web-based experience to amplify youth voices with personal messages on climate urgency.

presented at —
Climate Imaginarium,
Pier 57
Commissioned by the Human Impact Institute and the Ford Foundation, the work centers frontline perspectives, inviting visitors to engage with the climate crisis through active listening. The project was hosted at New York’s Climate Imaginarium and at Pier 57 during New York Climate Week 2025.
As visitors enter the space, their presence triggers the playback of a youth speaker’s voice alongside a marker on a projected world map indicating the speaker’s location, gradually forming a constellation of global urgency. The experience culminates in a recording booth where visitors contribute their own climate demands, extending the work into a growing archive that continues online through an interactive, map-based web and mobile platform.
